Training & Certification Terms

These terms apply to enrolment in a Codexaon training program and to the certification preparation and vouchers that come with it.

Effective date: 15 January 2026 Ask a question
  1. 01Program formats

Programs run live online, on-site at one of our centres, in hybrid mode, or as self-paced study with mentor check-ins. Your confirmation states which format applies, the timetable, and the platform or room used.

Timings may shift for faculty availability or public holidays. Changes are notified in advance and never reduce the total contact hours promised for the batch.

  2. 02Who can enrol

Most programs are open to all disciplines, including school leavers, graduates, working professionals and career switchers. Where a program needs prior knowledge (for example programming basics before an advanced cloud batch), the course page says so.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should confirm they agree to these terms before you pay.

  3. 03Fees and payment

Program fees are not published on this website. The fee for your batch, what it includes, and the payment schedule are quoted in writing before we request payment. Where a scholarship, early-bird or campus discount applies, it is stated in that quote.

This website takes no online payments. Pay only to the account named in your written confirmation, and keep the receipt. Never pay on the strength of a phone call, and never pay into a personal account.

  4. 04Attendance and progress

Attendance is recorded for each live session. To be eligible for a Codexaon completion certificate you must meet the attendance and assessment criteria stated for your program, usually at least 75% attendance and submission of the capstone project.

If illness or exams get in the way, tell your mentor. We would rather move you to a later batch than have you drop out.

  5. 05Materials and recordings

Slides, datasets, code repositories, project briefs and session recordings are licensed to you personally for your own learning while your batch is running and for a reasonable period afterwards. They are not transferable, and may not be shared, resold, uploaded or redistributed.

Third-party content inside a program, such as vendor documentation, free-tier cloud services and partner tools, remains under its own licence and any usage limits or charges set by the vendor.

  6. 06Assessments and practice exams

Assignments, quizzes and mock exams exist to prepare you for the real thing. They are marked against the criteria given with them, and results are shared with you. They are not external certifications.

You must submit your own work. Plagiarism or use of unauthorised help in a graded assessment can lead to withdrawal under our Terms & Conditions.

  7. 07Certificates: ours and theirs

A Codexaon completion certificate confirms you finished the program and met its criteria. It is issued by Codexaon.

An industry certification such as AWS, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Adobe or PMI is issued only by that body after you pass its own exam, on its own terms and at its own fee. Passing a Codexaon course does not award a certification.

Where your program includes a voucher, the voucher terms on our AWS Certification Vouchers page apply: single-use, non-transferable, fixed expiry, redeemed with the exam provider.

Exam eligibility, booking windows, retake rules and result delivery are controlled by the certifying body and can change. Check their official site before you book.

  8. 08Rescheduling and transfers

You may ask to move to a later batch of the same program once, subject to seats, and we will not charge for a reasonable request made before the course is well underway.

Seats are personal. Transferring your enrolment to another person requires our written approval; vouchers are never transferable.

  9. 09Conduct in class

Come prepared, be respectful in chat and in person, and keep the learning environment usable for everyone. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, unauthorised recording, or sharing of materials without permission may lead to withdrawal.

  10. 10Support window

Mentor and doubt-clearing support runs through your batch and for the period stated in your confirmation. After that, you are welcome to write to us; we answer learner questions as capacity allows, and alumni can ask about advanced batches.

  11. 11Cancellations

Refunds, batch transfers and voucher cancellation are handled under our Refund & Cancellation policy. Read it before you pay so there are no surprises.

  12. 12Questions and complaints
