Cookie Policy

This policy explains the small files this website stores in your browser, what they are for, and how you can control them.

Effective date: 15 January 2026 Ask a question
  1. 01What cookies and storage are

    A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep. Similar technologies include local storage, which a site uses to remember settings on your device. A cookie on its own does not identify you as a person; it identifies a browser.

  2. 02What this website uses

    codexaon.com is deliberately simple. It uses only what is needed to show the site and to let you contact us:

    • technical data that keeps pages and menus working while you browse;
    • the details you type into an enquiry, booking or application form, held in the page only until you submit it;
    • basic security and abuse-prevention records kept by our hosting provider.

    We do not set advertising cookies, do not run cross-site tracking, and do not build a marketing profile of how you browse. If that changes, this page is updated and consent is sought first.

  3. 03Analytics

    We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising tags on this website. If we ever add measurement to understand which programs people look at, we will describe it here, use the least identifying option available, and tell you how to opt out.

  4. 04Third-party pages you may reach

    When you use a link to open a map location, an exam provider's site or a partner page, that site sets its own cookies under its own policy. We cannot control or read them, and this policy does not cover them.

  5. 05Controlling cookies

    Your browser lets you view, delete or block cookies, usually under Settings or Preferences, in a privacy or security section. Blocking everything is possible, but forms and menus may stop working properly.

    Deleting cookies for this site does not delete anything you have already emailed us.

  6. 06How long things stay

    Technical storage used by the site lasts only for the current visit. Anything you send us by submitting a form becomes an email in our inbox and is then handled under our Privacy Policy, including the retention rules described there.

  7. 07Changes to this policy

    If we start using a new cookie or a similar technology, we will update this page and its effective date before switching it on.

  8. 08Contact

    Questions about cookies or about how your information is handled: gopi@codexaon.com, or see our Privacy Policy and Contact & Grievance pages.
