Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of codexaon.com and your participation in Codexaon training programs, internships and certification support. Please read them before you enrol.

Effective date: 15 January 2026 Ask a question
  1. 01About these terms

    Codexaon ("Codexaon", "we", "us") provides technology training, internship support, certification vouchers and college and corporate partnerships from Bengaluru, Salem, Chennai and Hyderabad.

    By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a college, school or company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

    Where your enrolment confirmation email states different or additional terms for a specific batch, those written terms apply to that enrolment.

  2. 02Programs, schedules and enrolment

    Program descriptions, syllabi, tools, durations and schedules shown on this website are indicative. The final curriculum, batch timings, delivery format (online, on-site or hybrid) and fees are confirmed in writing before payment is requested.

    Your seat is confirmed only once we have received the agreed payment and issued a written confirmation. Enrolment is per learner and per batch.

    We may start, postpone, merge, reschedule or withdraw a batch where attendance, faculty availability or circumstances require it. Where a batch you have paid for is postponed or withdrawn, you may choose another batch or request a refund under the Refund & Cancellation policy.

  3. 03Use of this website

    You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

    • copy, resell, scrape or systematically download content, course materials or learner data;
    • interfere with, probe or attempt to disable the website or its security;
    • impersonate another person, submit false information, or register an interest on someone's behalf without permission;
    • use our name, logo or brand in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
  4. 04Certifying bodies and partner brands

    Codexaon is an independent training provider. Exam content, eligibility, fees, validity, policies and delivery are set by the certifying bodies (for example AWS, Microsoft, IBM, Adobe, Cisco, Meta, Autodesk, Apple, Unity, PMI and Tally) and are not controlled by us.

    Partner and vendor logos and names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are shown only to identify the technologies and certifications we prepare learners for. Their appearance does not imply that the owner endorses, sponsors or audits Codexaon.

  5. 05Certification vouchers

    Vouchers are supplied on a reseller basis, subject to availability. Once issued, vouchers are single-use, non-transferable and non-refundable, and must be redeemed before the expiry date stated at the time of issue.

    The amount payable for a voucher is confirmed in writing before payment. Discounts shown on this website describe the saving against the official exam fee and are not a promise of a fixed price.

  6. 06Internships and career support

    Internship and career support includes profile guidance, applications, referrals, mentorship and project support. It is support, not a guarantee: internship offers, host organisations, stipends and timelines depend on openings, eligibility and your performance in the host's own selection process.

    Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Codexaon is not your employer and is not a party to any internship or employment contract you sign with a third party.

  7. 07Payments and security

    This website does not take online payments. Payments are requested only against a written confirmation from a Codexaon contact, to the account details stated in that confirmation.

    Never pay against a call, message or personal account that we have not confirmed in writing, and never share passwords, payment PINs, OTPs or authentication codes with anyone, including our staff.

  8. 08Conduct during programs

    Learners are expected to treat mentors, staff, peers and partner organisations respectfully, attend scheduled sessions or complete the agreed modules, and submit original work.

    Recorded sessions, materials and assessments are for your own learning. Do not record, redistribute, publish or share them without written permission, and do not disrupt live sessions.

    We may withdraw a learner from a batch for harassment, dishonesty, plagiarism, or repeated disruption. Where we do, any refund is handled under the Refund & Cancellation policy.

  9. 09Intellectual property

    The website design, text, presentations, datasets, project briefs, recordings and other materials are owned by Codexaon or its licensors. Enrolled learners receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for their own learning for the duration of the program.

    You keep ownership of the work you create during a program. Third-party materials included in a program remain subject to their own licences.

  10. 10Liability

    Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Codexaon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on website content, third-party services, or outcomes of an external examination or recruitment process.

    Our total liability for a program is limited to the fees you paid to us for that program. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  11. 11Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms as our services, partners or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date are always published on this page; changes apply to enrolments made after that date.

  12. 12Governing law and contact

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

    Questions about these terms, or any complaint, should be emailed to gopi@codexaon.com with the details listed on our Contact & Grievance page.
