Codexaon accepts the privacy requests below as part of our privacy process. India’s DPDP framework is being brought into force in stages, and any legal right will apply according to the provisions in force when we receive your request.

Use the email address linked to your Codexaon enquiry or enrolment where possible. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Do not email passwords, OTPs, payment PINs, authentication codes, card details or identity documents unless we specifically explain a secure and necessary way to provide them.
If you are dissatisfied with how a privacy request is handled, email gopi@codexaon.com with the subject “Privacy grievance” so it can be reviewed. Any further escalation will be available as provided by the law in force at that time.
